Our mission is to provide you with the most accurate and detailed assessment of your property, ensuring peace of mind and empowering you to make informed decisions.
At Dynamic Inspections, we understand that buying or selling a house is a significant decision in your life. That’s why we go beyond traditional home inspections to offer an array of bonus features that set us apart from the competition. With our commitment to excellence and a team of highly skilled professionals, we are here to assist you every step of the way.
Residential Inspections
The purpose of an inspection isn't just to find problems with the house; It's also about making sure that you don't buy something that will cost more than you think, or cause other headaches down the road. If you're planning on purchasing a brand-new home, then hiring a home inspector could save you thousands of dollars.
Commercial Inspections
A commercial building inspection helps you identify potential problems before they become expensive repairs or even worse, unsafe structure. It also gives you peace of mind knowing that your property is safe for tenants and visitors. Whether you're looking for a quick turnaround or a comprehensive inspection, our certified property inspectors are ready to serve you.
Radon Testing
Radon, a naturally occurring radioactive gas, is another potential concern for homeowners. Our comprehensive radon testing services help you determine the levels of this hazardous gas in your property. By detecting and addressing any radon-related issues, we prioritize the health and safety of your family.
Mold Inspections
While mold has little or no effect for some people, others (including those with sensitivities) can experience a number of health problems. Exposure to mold spores can cause symptoms like runny noses, coughing, sneezing, watery eyes, and rashes. If somebody is asthmatic or allergic to mold, their reaction can be even more intense. Even if you or your family aren't at risk for the mold's health problems, it's always a good idea to identify and remediate it before it spread.
Energy Audits
Energy efficiency is another crucial aspect of homeownership, and our energy audits are designed to optimize your property's energy consumption. Our auditors will assess your home's energy performance, identifying areas where you can enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and contribute to a more sustainable future.
Construction Phased Inspections
What truly sets us apart is the collective construction experience and background of our dedicated team. Our members bring a surplus of expertise from the construction industry, enabling us to offer unparalleled insights and recommendations during the inspection process. With their deep knowledge of building materials, codes, and construction practices, you can trust us to uncover even the most hidden issues and provide you with an accurate evaluation.
What to Expect from Your Inspection
Whether you are buying, selling or maintaining your home, Dynamic Inspections provides professional and quality service from the moment you call us. Our certified home inspectors will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn. We strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by ASHI, the leading home inspection association.
After we walk through the home together, we will explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. We will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in our easy-to-read Spectora report, which will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you will be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference.
